Klauwra ships Wordwide to the EU Region and outside of it.

Orders are processed within a reasonable fulfillment period depending on product category, inventory availability, and active collection demand.

Limited Klauwra Drop items may:

• ship separately

• require longer fulfillment times due to limited availability

• arrive in multiple packages

Estimated shipping windows are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Klauwra is not responsible for delays caused by:

• customs processing

• carriers

• weather conditions

• peak demand periods

• incorrect customer information

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the delivery carrier.

Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or local taxes in and out of the European Union.

Please note that during promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may increase due to the high volume of orders.

We process order from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the following business day.

In case your package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please email klauwra@gmail.com within 5 business days and include photos of the damage so we can help you out further.
